DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER
Yaum Al-Ithnayn | 3rd day of Rabee‘uth-Thaani, 1448 AH | Monday, 14th September 2026
PLEASING ALLAH AZZA WA JALL MUST BE OUR MAIN GOAL IN EVERYTHING WE DO.
Bismillah.
ALLAH Azza wa Jall says:
“And I did not create jinn and mankind except to worship Me.”
Qur’an 51:56
Worship is not limited to Salah, fasting, Hajj, and other acts of worship. When our intentions are sincere, earning a halal income, caring for our family, raising children, helping someone, being a good spouse, studying, working honestly, and even resting can become acts of worship.
Ask yourself:
“Will ALLAH Azza wa Jall be pleased with this?”
Before making an important decision, we should train ourselves to ask:
“Is this pleasing to ALLAH?”
Not:
“What will people say?”
“Will this make me popular?”
“What will I gain?”
“Will people praise me?”
“What are others doing?”
People’s approval can change quickly, but the pleasure of ALLAH is what ultimately matters.
ALLAH Azza wa Jall says:
“And the pleasure of ALLAH is greater.”
Qur’an 9:72
Always remember that nothing good can happen in our lives except by the permission and decree of ALLAH Azza wa Jall. Therefore, let us strive to live our lives in a way that earns His pleasure.
May ALLAH Azza wa Jall continue to guide us, protect us from the whispers and influences of Shaytaan, strengthen our faith, and make us among those who seek His pleasure in all that we do.
Aameen Ya Rabbal-‘Aalameen. 🤲🏽
