A Gift For You
[[- Episode 6 -]]-----------------
بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم
Allah (swt) say in Suratul Maryam, chapter 19 verse 23:
فَأَجَآءَهَا ٱلْمَخَاضُ إِلَىٰ جِذْعِ ٱلنَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَٰلَيْتَنِى مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَٰذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْيًا مَّنسِيًّا
And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm tree. She said, "Oh, I wish I had died before this and was in oblivion, forgotten." 📚Maryam 19:23
This means, "I wish I had not been created and I was nothing." - I was something unknown, forgotten and no one knew who I was.
*Lessons:*
In every situations we found ourselves, Allah (swt) sees our Pain and Struggles.
Maryam (a.s.) was a chaste woman, committed to worshipping Allah, and yet Allah tested her with a miraculous pregnancy in a community where pre-marital sex would mean surely being out-casted, even being stoned to death. This mean that, no matter our level of obedience to Allah (swt), we will be tested in one way or the other in life.
Maryam (a.s.) withdraws from her community alone, and while she suffers the pangs of childbirth, she cries out to Allāh with these heart-wrenching words.. Her emotive words are indicative not just of the physical pain and difficulty she is going through, but also the emotional trauma of being separated from her family, her fears of being cast away and her child possibly killed.
Muslim Faithful,
Look at your challenges now. It feels big, right? It feels heavy. You feel helpless.
But to Allah, it is small. Yes. Allah (swt) is the One who moved a mountain from a cave. Allah is the One who saved Prophet Yunus (A.S) from the dark inside a huge fish.
Your trouble?
Allah (swt) can remove it in a second.
Lest I forget,
Some of us may say "I'm trying my best to be obedient to Allah (swt) - Night prayer, sadaqah, fasting etc, but things seems looking the same with me." Allah (swt) is telling you:
(1) Your good deeds are not lost. They are stored with Me. In your darkest hour, they can be your light.
(2) The way to solve your problem is not to turn away from Me, but to run to Me. Speak to Me. Tell Me of your obedience—even if it was small.
(3) The lives of the early Muslims are not just stories in books. They are examples. They are proofs. They show you what works: *"Trust in Allah + Good Deeds = A Way Out"*.
My People,
Your problems are not bigger than a mountain blocking a cave. Your Lord is the same Lord who moved it for three honest hearts.
Turn to Him without given up. Yes, without given up in Du'a making. And watch how HE makes a way for you.
